Hi, I’m Jacob! Your reliable & friendly filmmaker-artist-entrepreneur with the toolbox and the know-how to help you tell your story!
I was born & raised in a small town in West Tennessee, where my family and friends taught me the values of tight-knit community, exercising each of our unique gifts & talents, and thriving in the out-of-doors. My filmmaking focuses on celebrating similar values. Things like arts, music, organizing & activism, urban gardening & sustainable farming, ecology, craft & innovation are all my cuppa tea!
I’m passionate about working with people who honor the “big picture” and strive to change our world in small ways. I do this through listening to your passions, discerning how you might resonate with your current and potential audiences, and producing videos to share your stories with the world!
Life has carried me from the rural Mid-South, to the hustle of New York City, to the north woods and Twin Cities of Minnesota. Living in all of these places has provided me with vital life experience and insight into how similarly people live across the country, and how our different experiences make us who we are.
